To our Silhouette family,
Well, haven’t these past few weeks been a roller coaster ride?! I want to wish everyone good health and safety. I’ve been thinking about you and hope you are coping well during these trying times.
Though our bricks and mortar store in Salmon Arm has been closed to the public for a few weeks now, we are still committed to fulfilling and shipping online orders safely and following all CDC guidelines to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19.
Here are some of the steps we are taking to protect everyone in this very fluid situation.
- Every item you order from Silhouette is already in the store. It is not being shipped from somewhere else, so it is not passing through more than one set of hands. That means you can be assured that items are virus free.
- Because Silhouette is just one little store, there is only one employee on shift at a time. That ensures we can fulfill and ship online orders safely and following all CDC guidelines.
- We are answering our emails and Facebook messages promptly. During this time, these are the best ways to communicate with us. We are not in the store all the time, so if you leave us a phone message, please understand that we may not answer quickly. Pop us an email instead. Reach us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
You’ll notice we haven’t been posting on Facebook lately. That’s because TJ (that’s me) was caught up in the travel bans and couldn’t get back to Canada for awhile. Now that I am home (healthy, but quarantined of course), you can expect more Facebook activity. I know you see the news, so I’ll try to offer a break from that on our Facebook page.
